I was searching google for a good company for a snooker cue for my son’s 21st Birthday present, as I always buy him an extra present from his Dad who passed away when he was 7 years old. I tried Google but then decided to ask Chat GPT as they will compare company’s and quality and I know nothing about Snooker. “On Cue World”came up as best quality, best value for money and after buying a snooker cue from them, I can honestly say “Best customer services ever!” I originally sent them an email explaining my situation and if they could help me in picking the right cue for my son, I received a reply the very next morning, offering help and advise and a contact number, I called and spoke to Michaela, who helped me pick the right cue and case for my son. Every email I sent regarding my purchase was answered very quickly and this was just such a lovely company to deal with, it was like going back in time when you actually could call and get through to someone without a million options before you spoke to someone, and Michaela was always so kind and patient when I wasn’t sure what Cue and case to pick but she forwarded me every option within my price range. Now I have received my Cue, it looks amazing, like a fine piece of art. I can not wait to give it to my son for his 21st Birthday from his late Dad. They kindly gifted my son a luxury towel with the same colour stitching as the Cue and matching end protector, which was such a kind gesture and they too are of the highest quality. I can not thank this company enough for their kindness, patience and great workmanship, this Cue is a gift that will last my son a life time. Thank you so much
