These Non-Conformance sets can have been downgraded for many different reasons. They are sold as seconds, and by definition, they do not meet Hainsworth’s specified requirements, making them imperfect.

Some examples include light in weight, streaky colour, creases, stains or marks, and weft lines. Some are visually apparent, while others are not. The reason will not affect playability and, therefore, is a perfect option for customers who are willing to trade price for minor imperfections.
