These Non-Conformance sets can have been downgraded for many different reasons. They are sold as seconds, and by definition, they do not meet Hainsworth’s specified requirements, making them imperfect.
Some examples include light in weight, streaky colour, creases, stains or marks, and weft lines. Some are visually apparent, while others are not. The reason will not affect playability and, therefore, is a perfect option for customers who are willing to trade price for minor imperfections.

Popped in this afternoon needing new snooker (real tips ) after unfortunately buying duds on ebay. Had a great chat with michaela and her son and got exactly what I wanted and more. I was searching google for a good company for a snooker cue for my son’s 21st Birthday present, as I always buy him an extra present from his Dad who passed away when he was 7 years old. I tried Google but then decided to ask Chat GPT as they will compare company’s and quality and I know nothing about Snooker. “On Cue World”came up as best quality, best value for money and after buying a snooker cue from them, I can honestly say “Best customer services ever!” I originally sent them an email explaining my situation and if they could help me in picking the right cue for my son, I received a reply the very next morning, offering help and advise and a contact number, I called and spoke to Michaela, who helped me pick the right cue and case for my son. Every email I sent regarding my purchase was answered very quickly and this was just such a lovely company to deal with, it was like going back in time when you actually could call and get through to someone without a million options before you spoke to someone, and Michaela was always so kind and patient when I wasn’t sure what Cue and case to pick but she forwarded me every option within my price range. Now I have received my Cue, it looks amazing, like a fine piece of art. I can not wait to give it to my son for his 21st Birthday from his late Dad. They kindly gifted my son a luxury towel with the same colour stitching as the Cue and matching end protector, which was such a kind gesture and they too are of the highest quality. I can not thank this company enough for their kindness, patience and great workmanship, this Cue is a gift that will last my son a life time. Thank you so much
Recently made a purchase at On Cue World. Staff are excellent and patient and willing to really let you feel what cues suit you best. Fantastic store in Rosyth with incredibly personable & knowledgeable people. I was in there for nearly 2 hours trying various cues. One very happy customer. I would highly recommend.
