Delivery Information

For all orders for which the payment has been cleared before 1pm, we aim to dispatch on the same day. Otherwise, the order may be dispatched the next working day.

Free Delivery

All orders over £50 shipping to the UK mainland qualify for free standard delivery (within 2 to 3 days).

Priority shipping

We offer an express delivery option with a 1 -2 day delivery time within the UK. The service will depend on the size of the item.  In most cases, the items shipped on the express option are delivered within 24 hours from dispatch. But in some instances, the items may take up to 48 hours to be delivered, especially in the Scottish Highlands and remote postcodes.

We can only offer guaranteed next delivery on smaller items that do not exceed 120cm in length. If you wish to use this service, there will be a surcharge, and you will need to contact us to place your order on the number below.

Free collection

You may make arrangements to collect your order free of charge from KY11 8HA. This would be at an agreed time and day as these premises are not always open.

Couriers/Services

The choice of the courier/service depends on the item ordered. Smaller items are generally sent by a Royal Mail 48-hour tracked service as a standard service. Priority service for smaller items is with Royal Mail 24-hour tracked service. (This is not a guaranteed service.) Longer items like 1-piece snooker, pool cues, and cases will be dispatched with APC. There is not a guaranteed next-day service for longer items. We may also use DHL, My Hermes or other carriers that offer you, the customer, the best delivery time if required.

All the courier and tracked services will have tracking numbers, which will be provided immediately via email and text if the service allows.

Worldwide shipping

We can quote for all overseas shipping. If you wish to enquire, contact us on the email below. When sending overseas, we do not charge UK VAT, and we do charge for shipping.

Customers purchasing items from overseas may be subject to import duty and customs clearance fees not included in our delivery charges. Our delivery charges are for shipping only. These import fees and taxes vary from country to country, it is the customer’s responsibility to check these fees before purchasing.

• Standard Delivery – 2 to 3 days (Mostly 48 hours from dispatch)
• Express Delivery – 1 to 2 days (Mostly 24 hours from dispatch)
